By booking a place on a course with Teknowhow Limited, you agree to the following terms:

If a delegate fails to attend a scheduled course without prior notice, the full course fee will remain payable and no refund or transfer will be offered.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 working days prior to the course start date. Where sufficient notice is given, Teknowhow Limited may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to an alternative course date.

Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Non-attendance on the day will be treated as a late cancellation and charged at 100% of the course fee.

Teknowhow Limited reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred as a result of non-attendance, including but not limited to registration fees, examination fees, and awarding body charges.

In the event that Teknowhow Limited cancels or reschedules a course, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
